Supported Interns at Coleman Training Development worked with Karen and Kim at Natwest Thrive to develop work skills and self-confidence.

Continuing with NatWest THRIVE, led by Karen and Kim, our supported interns focused on developing their communication and teamwork skills by building structures to keep eggs safe when dropped from a height.

Each team was rated on creativity, teamwork and their design choices.

Activities like this might seem trivial, but they encourage the interns to develop their communication skills by practicing inputting ideas, receiving feedback, and making changes based on feedback. 

All these skills develop self-confidence and can be transferred to the workplace.
