Manningham Housing Association spoke to supported interns at CTD about customer service skills, HR and recruitment.

Last week we were visited by Carolina and Nadim from @manninghamhousing, a Housing Association that provides affordable and safe homes in Bradford.

They spoke about opportunities in Housing, their roles in HR, Recruitment, and Customer Service.

The interns were also given a customer service masterclass, where they discussed skills and qualities needed for a customer service role, and why they are important in the workplace.
