We are 2 today!

2 YEARS!! How can it be 2 years alreadyAs we sit with tears of joy and happy smiles, here are some fantastic STATs about our journey so far:

- We are just in the process of recruiting our 3rd cohort and have grown by 12 places.

- We have gone from a team of 6 to a team of 13 staff.

- We have 30+ partnerships with local and national businesses for work placements, visits & guest speakers.

- We have had 12 young people gain successful outcomes.

- We've held 5 Network & Learn events.

- We've delivered 6 Neurodivergent awareness workshops nationally and 3 locally.

- We've run 2 inclusion seminars.

- Roxy has spoken at Wales & South Speakers conference & the National speaker conference.

- Morgan had the first CTD baby (who has just turned 1 year old!)

- 5 interns passed driving tests.

- There's been a sprinkling of awards and recognitions locally & nationally.

- 2 possible new provisions are opening across the county in Sept 2025! 👀
