There’s More Than One Way To Make Toast.

If someone says "You can't do that" over and over, then you start to believe that you can't do it.

If someone says "Let's find a new way instead", then you start to believe what could be possible!

For example, there's more than one way to make toast (in a toaster, under the grill, on an open fire) but by the end you've still made a piece of toast.

And this approach should be used in the workplace as well. It just takes someone to see the potential. This is a reasonable adjustment.
