Supported interns meet former Supported interns!

Coleman Training Development provides supported internships to neurodivergent young people living in Bradford and West Yorkshire.

❤️ We want to share a heartwarming update — our current Supported Interns recently bumped into three of our former interns at their workplace!

👏 After completing their two-year internships at CTD, these former interns went on to secure full-time paid positions.

👌 By happy coincidence, our current interns ended up working alongside them, gaining encouragement and support from their now experienced mentors.

🌸 How amazing to witness those Leavers' journeys from shy pre-interns to confident, employed and proud mentors!
