Roles at ASDA and their recruitment practice!

We were pleased to welcome Sarah Steel, a Future Talent Specialist from Asda for a workshop about her role and ASDA’s recruitment process.

Asda has roles in their distribution centres, stores and head office (Asda House).

Interns participated in a series of tasks highlighting key attributes ASDA look for at their recruitment events.

One task involved proposing new ways tech could enhance the shopping experience, and interns proposed ideas from in-store digital maps to mobile apps!

Sarah’s visit was both informative and inspiring, and we look forward to collaborating with ASDA again in the future!
