CTD share Phrases of the Week with their young people so they can discuss what they mean and apply it to the workplace. CTD work with neurodivergent young people to find supported internships across West Yorkshire.

This week's Phrase Of the Week is:

✨ "If I cannot do great things, I will do small things in a great way" - Martin Luther King. ✨

🤔 The interns applied this to a workplace, saying they'd break large tasks into smaller, manageable chunks to complete greater projects successfully.

💡We also teach our interns about the people behind these phases, which then broadens their understanding and helps bridge the communication gap among them and future colleagues.
