Level 2 unlocked
Coleman Training Development in Bradford supports neurodivergent young people in learning workplace skills. Recently the interns achieved a Level 2 in Health and Safety in the Workplace.
🎉 We always enjoy sharing good news stories at CTD!
Today's is about our Interns obtaining a Level 2 certificate in “Health and Safety in the Workplace.”
Before sitting these exams, none of our supported interns had obtained a GCSE at school, so imagine their joy at learning a Level 2 equates to a GCSE!
Other courses they’ve completed include -
Food Hygiene (Level 1)
GDPR, and
Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults.
It goes to show that academic learning doesn’t suit everyone, and that some brains work better in practical environments where life skills are more important for getting the job done.
It also proves that timed exams aren’t practical to achieving positive results.
Well done, everyone!
