Learning about the Gender Pay Gap

The Supported Interns learn about the gender pay gap at Coleman Training Development.

The pre- interns (PI's) were recently shown a documentary about the gender pay gap, and then they made a poster to showcase their knowledge.

This exercise teaches what the gender pay gap is and how it impacts their world, regardless of their gender.
