Coleman Training Development in Bradford invited Career Advisors from SkillsHouse to talk to their supported interns about interview skills and techniques.

😁 A few weeks ago, Careers Advisors, Mohammed and Mustaba from @skillshousebradford spoke to our interns about interview techniques, personality types, and available support in work.

✍️ This helped interns understand different interview formats, like one-to-one or group sessions.

🦺 Advisors can also request reasonable adjustments from employers, such as advance questions, site visits ahead of the interview, or a chaperone.
