Coleman Training Development and Bradford Youth Service worked with our supported interns using the Charity Shop Challenge to develop money and teamwork skills.

It's #ThrowbackThursday so here's a throwback from June!

🎉 For their final session with Karen & Kim from @bfdyouthservice , our PI's took on the Charity Shop Challenge!

👗 They were given £10 per team to create interview-ready outfits from local charity shops to build confidence, practice money skills, communication/ collaboration skills, and negotiation.

🧥 Team 1 chose to purchase a whole new outfit, and Team 2 decided to buy multiple options to complement their existing items.
