Introducing the Admin staff

Coleman Training Development introduced the admin staff to the supported interns, to explain their roles and help the young people understand there are roles “behind the scene” in any workplace.

🚗 As you'll know, it takes many parts to run an engine, and any business is just the same.

👨‍💼👩‍🏫 At CTD we have Administrators, Marketers, Tutors, LSA's, Job coaches, and a Wellbeing officer (to name just a few!).

It's essential that our Interns know the staff and recognize that work happens "behind the scenes" as well as in the training room.

🗣 We therefore introduced the office staff to our interns and delivered a training session highlighting the roles outside the teaching team. This teaches the interns that a workplace is more than a front-facing team.
