Fundraising at CTD!

It's #ThrowbackThursday, so here’s a quick update from earlier this year!

📢 We heard a call to action from @downsyndrometraining_ in Bingley. They needed support with fundraising.

😕 At first, we asked interns to suggest ideas or donate items to their charity shop. But this didn’t work well.

😂 So, we came up with a new idea — a swear jar!

🗨 It turned into a great training tool. It helped start conversations about using appropriate language at work.

👛 People still slipped up (which is okay!), and in the end, we raised £177.45.
