Coleman Training Development in Bradford supports neurodivergent young people in finding paid work opportunities by providing supported internships and searching for further opportunities.

👩‍🍳 🖋 Recently, one of our previously supported interns (SI) began a cooking course with Bradford College, which we supported him to apply for and then travel to on his first day. 🚌

🥖 Here he is making Roti after learning to make Sourdough. All these new skills, work experience opportunities, and courses can only add to M's employability!
